For the technically curious
The simplest suitable architecture comes first. Solutions may use AWS Amplify, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, RDS, DynamoDB and CloudWatch. Infrastructure, access, monitoring, backup retention and recovery are scoped explicitly; not every website needs every service.
Delivery model
Clear scope. Clear ongoing responsibility.
Website and app projects can use Build + Managed Care, Monthly Build + Care, or once-off self-hosted delivery. CATDOG™-hosted or managed solutions include paid care in the displayed recurring amount—not a second fee. Monthly build payments have an agreed initial term; care continues on its own after that build schedule is completed.
Self-hosted, self-managed delivery has no compulsory monthly CATDOG™ fee. You or your provider take over ongoing operations and costs. One-off reviews, repairs and other technical jobs do not automatically create a subscription; continuing hosting, operations or maintenance are quoted separately where required.
Hosting allowances, supported components, change allowances and support hours are agreed in the quote. Customer-paid cloud bills and CATDOG™ management-only fees are itemised separately; included hosting is never billed twice.
